Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All items come with a minimum 1 Years Manufacturers Warranty.

We also accept orders over the telephone up until 5.00 pm. If you would like to do this then please contact us on 01745 356475.

We use the online payment services of HSBC Secure E Payments. It's fast, secure and reliable. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo.

Unfortunately HSBC do not allow to ship to a different delivery address other than than the billing address of the card owner. This is completely out of our control.

For all USA, Canada and European Orders you must be signed up for Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. If you are not signed up or do not pass this security check then your order will be rejected.

For all USA, Canada and European orders please remember all Products from The Irons Den are designed for the UK Market and it is your responsibilty to ensure that they work in your Country. No returns may be made if you have made this mistake.

For all Paypal Payments we will only accept your order if you are signed up and have a verified Paypal Account. If you dont your order will be cancelled. If you wish to just use your credit / debit card please use HSBC Secure E Payments. There is currently a 3.5% surchage to use Paypal Payments.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock we will back order if required. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

With Pre-Orders we always allow you to buy them. This is so we can ensure our supplier has allocated enough of the product for when it is released. Once a due date is announced we will update the website. So please always check for any updates. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We do everything to ensure your item/s are packaged correctly and safely and reach you in the minimum of time.

We accept no responsibilty for delays in delivery by the delivery company itself but we will always do our upmost to resolve these issues in a timely manner.

Delivery Schedule Our aim is to always get your products to you in the minimum of time.

You will recieve an email from our system to show that we have recieved your order and it is currently being processed.

Once your order is received, processed and packed it will be booked for the delivery option you chose. All orders will be booked for delivery either the same working day or the next working day depending on when your order is recieved and also stock level. Orders will be picked up either the same working day or the next working day again depending on when your order is received. With many of our products having next day delivery.

You will recieve an email from our system once your order has been shipped.

All Deliveries require a signature at the address given on the order.

The term Next Working Day Delivery is the service level on which your item will be booked onto. This does not mean when you place your order you will recieve your item/s next day. Normally if the item is in stock you can expect to take delivery within one working day. We accept no responsibilty for delays in delivery by the delivery company itself but we will always resolve these issues in the shortest amount of time.
Back Orders Due to the high demand of some of our items stock is constantly changing, we always try to keep the website up to date.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will recieve an email from our system saying your order has been placed on back order and you will recieve another email from our system once you order comes back into stock.

Back ordering is an excellent system whereby you are guaranteed your item/s when they do come into stock.

You do have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All Prices are inclusive of VAT. We dont hide anything. Unlike a majority of companies. This is why we may not always be number one in the price comparison sites. But a majority of the time you will find this is because the cheapest price doesnt include VAT or Delivery.

The price you see is the price you pay.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We use the services of HSBC Secure E-Payments for our credit card services.

If an Item has arrived to you damaged please get in touch immediately at customersupport@theironsden.co.uk.

Please always make a note that the delivery is damaged on the delivery sheet you sign when you take the order.

We will then lodge the necessary claims with the delivery company and will send you a replacement or if your item has gone out of stock it will be placed on back order and shipped out to you once stock has arrived.

If a replacement is not immediately available, you will have the option to wait for new stock to arrive or to have a full refund.

For european orders you will need to speak to the Manufacturer in order to make a warranty claim. We do not offer any warranty for European Orders.

Returns Policy All items come with a 7 Day no quibble returns policy.

This does not apply to any digitally supplied goods.

The product/s must be unopened and returned to us in the condition it was sent. We do not pay for any returns delivery and it is up to you the customer to ensure it is packaged properly for transit and insured to the correct value.

We may take our delivery charge from the total that is returned back to you.

Once items arrive and are checked and deemed satisfactory your payment will be returned. Please note that this can take up 10 working days.

For european orders unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
